Terms of Service

These terms cover Google Review Care offered by RADDEALS PRIVATE LIMITED (“RadDeals”, “we”, “us”) to business customers in Hyderabad. By requesting an audit or paying for the service, you agree to these terms. This page is a plain-language draft and is not a substitute for advice from your CA or lawyer.

1. The service

Google Review Care may include:

• Cleanup of your Google Business Profile (categories, hours, description, photos and related fields), with your approval for public changes
• Drafting and posting replies to Google reviews, typically within 48 hours of a new review where practicable
• Up to four Google posts per month
• A short monthly report by email

Exact inclusions for your engagement will be confirmed when you start the pilot or monthly plan.

2. What we do not do

• We never write, buy, reward, incentivise, gate or filter reviews
• We do not guarantee higher Google rankings, more reviews, higher star ratings, or more customers
• We do not take healthcare clients

3. Your approvals

You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile. You grant us manager access only for the work described. Replies to negative or sensitive reviews are posted only after you approve them. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your business.

4. Fees and payment

The first month (pilot) is priced at ₹1,499. Ongoing months are ₹2,499 per month. You pay by UPI before work starts each month. Prices are shown as agreed; tax treatment will follow applicable law and your invoice.

5. No lock-in

There is no long-term contract. Stop anytime and we will not renew the next month. The ₹1,499 price applies to your first month only.

6. Free audit

A free one-page audit is optional and creates no paid engagement until you pay and we confirm a start date.

7. Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, RadDeals is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or changes in Google’s products or ranking systems. Our total liability for a paid month is limited to the fees you paid us for that month.
